I have forgotten my login password, what can i do?

If you are unable to log in to the web site because you can't remember your password, simply go to Login from the main menu and click the link that is displayed on the resulting page marked 'Click here if you have forgotten your password' near the top of the page or click here. You will be asked to confirm your email address and a new password will be automatically generated by our system and emailed to the address you specify. Once you get the new password sent to you, you will be able to login using the combination of your email address and the new password. The passwords that are generated by the web site are secure, they are a combination of letters and numbers but they aren't easy to remember so you might like to login to the web site and change your password, you will be presented with options to change your password on the first screen after logging in with your automatically generated password.
