The IP address should be your computers internal IP address, if you are unsure what this is then go to Start>Programs>Accessoris>Command prompt, when the window opens type in ipconfig /all and press enter. Use the IP address listed here, if there is more than one listed, look at the descriptions and use the IP address that corresponds to your internal network card, if available, when setting ports for your router.
