Error : Restricted page

When i try to view a certain page, I get the error message : Error : Restricted page

• This error message indicates that the page you are trying to access has been reserved as an administrator page, meaning that only website administrators and other groups granted special privileges can view the page.
Unfortunately, unless you have these permissions you will not be able to access the page.
